Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Payments:
  • Half due when the event is booked and contract signed. Remainder due 6 months prior to event (full payment required at time of booking if event is within 6 months).

  • Damage deposit due one month before event.

  • Accepted forms of payments: cash, money order, bank cashiers check

Refund :

One year prior 90%, six months prior 50%, less than 6 months, no refunds

Included in fee:
  • Meadow or other vista and benches for ceremony - setup included

  • Event barn, tables and chairs up to 275 for reception - setup included

  • Catering kitchen for food warming (no prep)

  • Cabin (day use only; no overnight stays)

  • Apartment (day use only; no overnight stays)

  • Decor room contents (vases, signs, easels, containers, baskets, lanterns, cake stands, etc.)

  • Buffet tables, serving pieces, serving utensils

  • Moveable bar, ice chests

  • Stocked bathrooms, maintained throughout event Garbage cans and liners

  • One two-hour mutually agreed upon session to visit venue for planning after booking and deposit

Not Included in fee:
  • Event planner

  • Audio or video equipment (most disc jockeys provide)
