Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Payments:
Half due when the event is booked and contract signed. Remainder due 6 months prior to event (full payment required at time of booking if event is within 6 months).
Damage deposit due one month before event.
Accepted forms of payments: cash, money order, bank cashiers check
Refund :
One year prior 90%, six months prior 50%, less than 6 months, no refunds
Included in fee:
Meadow or other vista and benches for ceremony - setup included
Event barn, tables and chairs up to 275 for reception - setup included
Catering kitchen for food warming (no prep)
Cabin (day use only; no overnight stays)
Apartment (day use only; no overnight stays)
Decor room contents (vases, signs, easels, containers, baskets, lanterns, cake stands, etc.)
Buffet tables, serving pieces, serving utensils
Moveable bar, ice chests
Stocked bathrooms, maintained throughout event Garbage cans and liners
One two-hour mutually agreed upon session to visit venue for planning after booking and deposit
Not Included in fee:
Event planner
Audio or video equipment (most disc jockeys provide)
