All the buildings described above are part of the amenities and services provided for events at Tobesofkee Farm. The use of the farm for events is limited to these buildings and outdoor areas directly adjacent. An event planner is not included in the fees charged for events. We maintain a list of preferred planners. Use of any other day of event planner is not permitted, as the multiple areas used during a wedding require intimate knowledge of the entire event area and buildings, unless approved by Tobesofkee Farm at time of contract signing. Their separate fees are determined by the particular planner, based on the level of services needed and the time involved.
Available Services
Tobesofkee Farm is owned and operated as a working farm and therefore requires strict adherence to safety regulations and respect for its facilities, animals, and the environment. Anyone who rents the facilities and uses the various implements, decor, and services we provide is accountable, along with their guests, vendors, and/or agents for any actions taken while on site.
Although Tobesofkee Farm carries liability insurance, anyone renting our facilities must purchase a “day of event” insurance policy worth $2 million if alcohol is served to protect you, your guests, our farm and its facilities. Non-alcohol events also require a day of event insurance policy of $1 million. No one will be allowed to enter the farm for the event if valid “day of event” insurance proof is not provided at least ten days before the event; an updated certification, showing current coverage, must be provided the day of the event via email. An application follows that must be completed fully prior to a contract offer to host an event.
